When you choose to work with us to assist your affected employees, we'll begin with a consultation call with you to discuss the dynamics of your workforce reduction. We'll collaborate on the best approach to take and we'll tailor our approach to best meet your needs and the needs of your workforce. Here's an example of what our process will look like.
Group Introduction
Either in-person, or virtually, we can begin our work with a group meeting with all affected employees.
During this meeting we will discuss business ownership versus employment, explain why franchising is the safest, most predictable way to open a business, and answer questions.
We'll then invite participants to proceed to a one-on-one consultation with one of our career transition experts.
There is no cost to you or your employees for this group meeting.
One-on-One Consultation
Some of the participants in our group meeting will resonate with business ownership and request a free consultation.
If we are on-site or off-site, our expert can proceed to one-on-one meetings with affected employees on the same day, or schedule them at a future time as we'll do with a virtual transition day.
During this meeting we'll learn more about your employees business interests and discuss what they may qualify for.
There is no cost to you or your employees for these consultations.
Entrepreneurial Assessment
Those who choose to further explore franchise ownership will be invited to complete our free assessment.
This is an important science-based tool that we use to further evaluate a person's fit for business ownership and help identify which of our inventory of about 500 franchises would be the best fit for the candidate.
We use the results of this assessment to conduct thorough research and present to candidates the "best fit" franchises.
There is no cost to you or your employees for this assessment.
Funding Consultation
We have a business funding expert on our team. This expert will meet with the affected employees to help them understand the various funding options available for franchise ownership.
Our expert will evaluate their general financial position and educate them about Small Business Administration lending and how to wisely use severance packages and government approved penalty-free 401K programs to fund their business.
There is no cost for this introduction and initial consultation. Fees will be paid for the performance of funding services.
Due Diligence Coaching
When your displaced employees are introduced as high-priority candidates to franchise systems, they will begin a comprehensive evaluation and due diligence process with each brand.
Our experts become their coach and advocate, working closely with them through weekly strategy calls, educational resources, and important introductions. We're with them all the way to the day they are awarded their business.
There is no cost for our due diligence coaching regardless of the duration of the coaching needed.
Legal Representation
With all of your displaced employees we want to make sure they are informed, protected, and making the best investment decision. We want them to love their new business for many years to come.
We have a franchise attorney on our team to work with with them. At the appropriate stage in the process the attorney will review Franchise Disclosure Documents and Franchise Agreements and consult with them about his findings.
There is no cost for this introduction and initial consultation. Fees will be paid for the performance of legal services.
